Refund Policy
Digital Products
As we cannot verify destruction of digital products, we do not accept refunds for digital downloads. Due to this nature of digital download products, we go through extensive effort to demonstrate clearly and concisely what it’s being sold. However, we do make exceptions for duplicate purchases. Send us an email or chat with support to resolve the issue.
Physical Products
For physical products, returns will be accepted with in 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in new physical condition. Products damaged during customer possession may incur a restocking fee or forfeit of refund.
